The role of Senior Art Director can be varied and the skills needed for the job are extensive. As Senior Art Director you need to be passionate about bringing your clients to life visually while creating work that generates emotional connections with the audience;
Supply unique and creative solutions to clients problems as well as supervise the execution process to make sure the agency’s artistic vision is respected;
Confer with project manager to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts and to coordinate creative activities;
Use all available technologies to create interactive multimedia campaign ideas;
Create custom illustrations or other graphic elements needed to illustrate and develop concepts;
Senior Art Director is responsible for the visualization & creation of digital and interactive media;
Managing the work of the design team in coordination with project managers;
Train staff members to develop design concepts ideas and encourage creativity into their daily work;
Be in charge of KPIs regarding company’s revenue as well as job efficiency.
Job Requirements
At least 4 – 5 years experience working in advertising or communication agencies;
Understand Advertising principles and terminology;
Having a robust background in collaborating with lifestyle brands is a plus;
Broad spectrum of experience: Content writing, visual development, video production, digital storytelling. Presentation skills is a plus;
