Supply unique and creative solutions to clients problems as well as supervise the execution process to make sure the agency’s artistic vision is respected;
Confer with project manager to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts and to coordinate creative activities;
Use all available technologies to create interactive multimedia campaign ideas;
Create custom illustrations or other graphic elements needed to illustrate and develop concepts;
Responsible for the visualization & creation of digital and interactive media;
Managing the work of the design team in coordination with project managers;
Train staff members to develop design concepts ideas and encourage creativity into their daily work;
Be in charge of KPIs regarding company’s revenue as well as job efficiency.
2. Job Requirements
At least 2 – 3 years experience working in advertising or communication agencies;
Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD, Cinema 4D and good knowledge in film/video making (editing, special effect …), storyboard is an advantage.
Understand Advertising principles and terminology;
Having a robust background in collaborating with lifestyle brands is a plus;
Broad spectrum of experience: visual development, video production, digital storytelling. Presentation skills is a plus;
