Job Description:
1. Administration:
- Assist in daily office operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and monitoring office supplies to ensure a seamless and organized workplace environment.
- Support the HR team with database management, including updating employee records and contracts, while supporting staff engagement activities such as monthly birthday celebrations.
- Assist in financial and vendor coordination by accurately processing invoices for timely payment and communicating with external contractors for office maintenance and repairs.
2. Recruitment:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and screening resumes.
- Prepare interview materials and take care of candidates.
- Support the onboarding process by creating emails, preparing documents and welcome kits.
3. Internal events: Support set up and prepared materials for internal events.
Job Requirements:
- Final year students awaiting graduation or fresh graduates, preferably majoring in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
- Interested in Marketing, Advertising, basic understanding of agency.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and commitment.
- Energetic, and a team player who enjoys interacting with people.
- English requirement: working proficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
