Openings HR Admin Executive

Job Description:

  • Ensure the aesthetics of the office space matches the common standards of ZEE
  • Ensure the culture, norms, and organization of in-office working.
  • Manage company’s assets, equipment and stationery
  • Handle the procurement process and make monthly payment request
  • Provide support for employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any arising issues
  • Support the recruitment process and onboarding/offboarding process for positions at the Hanoi office.
  • Collaborate with the PR team to support the organization and execution of internal company events (Birthday, 08/03, 20/10, Teambuilding, Company trip,..)
  • Assist Account Team, HR Team  on documents and other work when needed
  • Other tasks assigned by Branch Director and HR Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Accounting, Journalism or related disciplines
  • At least 6 months  of working experience in the current position
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change
  • Positive and willing-to-learn attitude
  • Hardworking, careful and responsible at work
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Good  in English both Writing & Communication
